\n We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer (Java + Angular) to join our Digital AgTech team based in Pune. In this role, you will contribute across the stack \u2014 from scalable backend systems to responsive frontend interfaces \u2014 helping deliver cutting-edge digital agriculture solutions. You’ll be working with a collaborative team that values innovation, clean architecture, and high-impact product development aimed at transforming global agriculture.
\n This role is ideal for a senior engineer with expertise in Java Spring Boot and Angular, a strong understanding of cloud-native development, and a passion for building scalable, operational-ready products. You’ll play a critical role in improving existing systems, leading technical discussions, and mentoring team members.
\n To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate sound knowledge of industry best practices, good organizational and leadership skills, and proficiency in Java technologies, good analytical skills, the ability to anticipate issues and frame remedial actions, and excellent teamwork skills.
\n You will be working in a fast-paced environment which needs great technical as well as communication and documentation skills. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality of product is important.
Responsibilities<\/b>
\n \u00b7 Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular.
\n \u00b7 Take ownership of features from concept to deployment, ensuring high performance and scalability.
\n \u00b7 Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
\n \u00b7 Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle \u2014 from analysis and design to testing and release.
\n \u00b7 Write clean, testable, reusable code and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.
\n \u00b7 Troubleshoot and resolve backend or frontend issues across various environments.
\n \u00b7 Build and consume RESTful APIs for seamless frontend-backend integration.
\n \u00b7 Optimize application performance, both on the frontend (UI responsiveness) and backend (API latency, database queries).
\n \u00b7 Mentor junior developers, promote knowledge sharing, and uphold best development practices.
\n \u00b7 Contribute to CI\/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation in collaboration with DevOps teams.
\n \u00b7 Work effectively in Agile\/SCRUM teams, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
\n \u00b7 Ensure application performance, uptime, and scalability while maintaining high standards for code quality and application design.
\n \u00b7 Collaborate well in an Agile team, both with the developer team and the customer
Skills<\/b>
\n \u25cf Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
\n \u25cf 5 to 8 years of professional experience in full-stack development using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular.
\n \u25cf Strong proficiency in:
\n o Java 17, Spring Boot 3.1.2, Spring Framework 6.0.7
\n o Angular (v14+) with NGRX state management, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3\/SASS
\n o Hibernate, RESTful API design, and modular frontend architecture
\n \u25cf 4+ years of hands-on experience with AWS RDS (SQL Server, Aurora, PostgreSQL) and\/or NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, DocumentDB).
\n \u25cf 2+ years of experience designing and implementing CI\/CD pipelines (AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
\n \u25cf Good understanding of Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture.
\n \u25cf Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation).
\n \u25cf Working knowledge of cloud environments, especially AWS (e.g., S3, EC2).
\n \u25cf Experience with SAP HANA DB and SAP Extended UI authentication.
\n \u25cf Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across the stack.
\n \u25cf Ability to work collaboratively in Agile\/SCRUM teams and communicate effectively.
\n Skills (good to have)
\n \u25cf Experience with React or Node.js.
\n \u25cf Test-Driven Development (TDD) using frameworks like Jest, Jasmine, or JUnit.
\n \u25cf Exposure to SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Cloud (e.g., HANA Cloud services).
\n \u25cf Knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) or SAP ecosystem integrations.
\n \u25cf Familiarity with end-to-end testing tools such as Cypress or Playwright.
\n \u25cf Understanding of web performance optimization and accessibility standards
\n \u25cf Hands on \/ Introductory understanding to Liquibase for db migrations SAP HANA BTP Cloud Foundry specific solutions (app router, etc.)<\/p>\n
