The QA will be responsible for validating end-to-end functionality, UI\/UX alignment, and release readiness using advanced automation frameworks and Agile practices.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Role Responsibilities:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Analyze product requirements, technical specifications, and design documents to create detailed test strategies.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Design and execute manual and automated test cases for mobile applications (Ionic, React Native).<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Build and maintain robust UI automation frameworks using Appium, Playwright, or similar tools.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Perform regression, smoke, sanity, exploratory, and user acceptance testing (UAT).<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ensure high test coverage through scalable test suites integrated into the CI\/CD pipeline.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Log bugs, track status, and report test results effectively using JIRA and test management tools.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Validate builds across environments \u2013 dev, staging, and production \u2013 during deployment cycles.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Collaborate with developers, designers, and product owners in Agile teams (Scrum).<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Participate in Agile ceremonies \u2013 sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Perform cross-platform testing for Android and iOS devices (real and emulators\/simulators).<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ensure apps follow usability and accessibility standards.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Contribute to defining and continuously improving QA best practices.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Minimum Requirements:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Minimum 4+ years of experience in mobile app testing (Manual + Automation).<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Proven experience with Ionic, React Native, and Native Android\/iOS apps.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Proficient in UI test automation using Appium (mandatory), and familiarity with Playwright, Detox, or Selenium.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Solid understanding of mobile testing strategies, test pyramid, and parallel device testing.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Strong hands-on experience with JIRA, test case writing, defect lifecycle, and test coverage.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Knowledge of test management tools like TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Familiarity with deployment tools and CI\/CD workflows (e.g., Jenkins, Bitrise, GitHub Actions).<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum\/Kanban).<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Bonus: Experience with API testing tools like Postman and mobile performance testing.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Benefits<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees, and enhancing our programs when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Have peace of mind and body with our health insurance<\/li>\n<li>Make yourself a priority with flexible schedules and leave Policy<\/li>\n<li>Drive forward your career through professional development opportunities Achieve your personal goals with our Employee Assistance Program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Our commitment to you<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
