You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every potential customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. Responsibilities &#8211; Researching, identifying, sourcing, generating and nurturing new sales opportunities, target identification &#038; classification. &#8211; Engage with potential clients and nurture them to a qualified opportunity &#8211; Position NAYAN effectively to win with clients in pursuit of best-in-class technology &#8211; Keep abreast of the latest trends in the technology landscape to generate meaningful conversations and sales opportunities in the target market &#8211; Understand customer needs and requirements and bring them into a sales cycle. &#8211; Analyses and creates a plan for engaging the target market &#8211; Possess strong and proven expertise in IT product sales, SaaS Sales &#8211; Maintain &#038; grow existing customer sales within the region. &#8211; Development &#038; Establish excellent business relationships with key customer targets. &#8211; Develop project sales pipeline and influence end user specifications so the Avire products are specified by consultants \/ architects etc. &#8211; Proactively develop relationships with new and key users and provide the Product &#8211; Marketing team with customer feedback on product improvements whenever necessary. &#8211; Deliver ongoing market analysis and assessment of competitors and market intelligence with a focus on the future and value creation. &#8211; Lead and drive customer problem resolution; act as a liaison between our customers engineering\/production teams to resolve quality \/ reliability \/ delivery issues to meet customer expectations. Requirements &#8211; Strong experience in selling Enterprise, SaaS, Government products for 4+ years &#8211; Experience in Domestic and international sales &#8211; Excellent communication skills and has to have good understanding of technology terminologies and trends &#8211; Experience working with a CRM, ERP or latest industry and automation tools &#8211; Fair understanding of sales performance metrics and OKR&#8217;s &#8211; Excellent negotiation, communication, time management and organizational skills &#8211; Proven ability to understand client pain points and proposing solutions &#8211; Proven ability to work and effectively communicate with C-level executives and line of business representatives &#8211; Knowledge of organizational processes around compliance, while dealing with Government agencies. &#8211; In depth know how of tender preparation team and process in the identified key govt accounts to be able to proactively partner with them. &#8211; Knowledge of trends in the Government Procurement in the country &#8211; Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan, sales approaches and strategies Customer relationship management &#8211; Build and manage outbound business development pipeline &#8211; Establish best practices and operating procedures for converting leads to sales &#8211; Keep updated on market trends and issues affecting the payments industry as well as collecting competitor intelligence &#8211; Experience in product focused sales and an organized approach to work with strong business acumen and product expertise. Other Sales activities \/ responsibilities: &#8211; Produce weekly and monthly sales reports. &#8211; Attend daily\/weekly\/monthly sales calls and meetings as required. &#8211; Produce regional sales analysis \/ reports as required. &#8211; Responsible and accountable for overall sales performance &#8211; Responsibility for managing projects on commercial and technical level with consultants, architects, customers and lift companies from tender stage to completion. &#8211; Responsible for managing the local team of employees and delegation of work, as necessary.
