This role requires deep technical expertise in hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI), hybrid cloud platforms, and enterprise data center technologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to assess needs, architect solutions, and ensure successful deployment and integration of infrastructure systems that support business agility, scalability, and resilience.<\/span>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>Solution Consultation \u00b7 Engage with clients to understand business and technical requirements. \u00b7 Conduct infrastructure assessments and gap analysis. \u00b7 Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective hybrid cloud and HCI solutions. \u00b7 Prepare solution architecture documents, BOMs, and implementation roadmaps. \u00b7 Provide technical pre-sales support and participate in RFP\/RFI responses. Implementation & Delivery \u00b7 Lead end-to-end deployment of HCI and hybrid cloud solutions (e.g., VMware vSAN, Nutanix, Azure Stack HCI). \u00b7 Configure and integrate compute, storage, and network components in data center environments. \u00b7 Migrate workloads from legacy infrastructure to modern platforms. \u00b7 Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies are in place. \u00b7 Conduct system testing, validation, and performance tuning. Client Enablement & Support \u00b7 Deliver technical workshops and knowledge transfer sessions. \u00b7 Provide post-implementation support and documentation. \u00b7 Collaborate with support teams to resolve escalated issues. \u00b7 Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: \u00b7 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. \u00b7 2+ years of experience in infrastructure consulting, systems engineering, or cloud architecture. \u00b7 Strong hands-on experience with: \u00b7 Hyper-converged platforms (e.g., VMware vSAN, Nutanix, Cisco HyperFlex) \u00b7 Hybrid cloud solutions (e.g., Azure Stack HCI, AWS Outposts, Google Anthos) \u00b7 Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) \u00b7 Enterprise storage and networking \u00b7 Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Ansible). \u00b7 Solid understanding of data center operations, security, and compliance. \u00b7 Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
