With a presence in over 150 countries, this organisation provides services across consulting, audit, tax, risk advisory, and financial advisory \u2014 helping Fortune 500 companies and governments navigate complex challenges.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Position Summary:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>IT- Lead Engineer\/Architect- Azure Lake -D&#038;IT DATA<span class=\"br\"><\/span>This profile will lead a team of architects and engineers to focus on Strategic Azure architecture and AI projects.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Responsibility:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategic Data Architecture and Roadmap:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain the company\u2019s data architecture strategy aligned with business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Lead design and\/or architecture validation reviews with all stakeholders, assess projects against architectural principles and target solutions, organize and lead architecture committees.<\/li>\n<li>Select new solutions that meet business needs, aligned with existing recommendations and solutions, and broadly with IS strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Model the company\u2019s information systems and business processes.<\/li>\n<li>Define a clear roadmap to modernize and optimize data management practices and technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Platform Design and Implementation:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Architect scalable data flows, storage solutions, and analytics platforms in cloud and hybrid environments.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure secure, high-performing, and cost-effective data solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Data Governance and Quality:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish data governance frameworks ensuring data accuracy, availability, and security.<\/li>\n<li>Promote and enforce best practices for data quality management.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and principles.<\/li>\n<li>Technical Leadership:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a technical leader on complex data-related projects and proof of concepts.<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder Collaboration:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into architectural solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Work with relevant stakeholders in defining project scope, planning development, and validating milestones throughout project execution.<\/li>\n<li>Emerging Technologies and Innovation:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive the adoption of new technologies and assess their impact on the organization\u2019s data strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct technological watch in both company activity domains and IT technologies, promoting innovative solutions adapted to the company.<\/li>\n<li>Define principles, standards, and tools for system modeling and process management.<\/li>\n<li>Support a wide range of technologies related to Datalakes and Lakehouses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>SQL, SYNAPSE, Databricks, Powerbi, Fabric<\/li>\n<li>Tools: Visual Studio &#038;
