In addition to a wide range of research projects, the institute promotes dialogues and joint studies with other institutions and experts at home and abroad, examines Japanese foreign policy and makes proposals to the government, and disseminates information on international relations to the public. The institute, together with a large network of affiliated scholars, aims to serve as an indispensable resource on international affairs in a complex world.<\/span>Position overview:<\/b><\/span>We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Part-time Researcher and Senior Consultant to join our South Asia project team to work on Tibetan issue studies.The ideal candidate will provide us with consulting services or write research articles.We hope that you are a Tibetan with original ideas,or an Indian, American or other nationality who has engaged in Tibet-related work and research.<\/span>Our research interests include\uff1a<\/span>1.Tibet International relations direction: Study on Tibetan institute’s(Central Tibetan Administration and major Tibetan NGOs)international relations with the United States,India,Europe, Taiwan and other countries and UN agencies.<\/span>2.Tibet politics direction: Study of Tibetan institute and organisation in exile’s internal policies,laws, religious and cultures under the geopolitical background.<\/span>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>1.Collaborate with the team to provide us with consulting services.<\/span>2.Conduct research on Tibet diplomatic, political, religious and ethnic minority issues related topics.<\/span>3.Collect, organize and analyze information and data.<\/span>4.Write research reports as required.<\/span>5.Complete other tasks related to the research topic.<\/span>Qualifications:<\/b><\/span>1.Have experience or educational background in Tibetan issues and related international relations and political fields.<\/span>2.Possess extensive industry connections to provide us with consulting services.<\/span>3.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.<\/span>4.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<\/span>Additional Notes:<\/b><\/span>1.We do not require a professional academic research background, but we do require researchers to provide complete, accurate and high-quality research reports or consulting services. Research reports are usually 800 to 1,500 English words.<\/span>2.Our research results are mainly used for internal customers and will not involve copyright issues.<\/span>3.Preference will be given to those with work experience and education in the Tibetan issues sector.<\/span>What We Offer:<\/b><\/span>1.A competitive salary and benefits package.<\/span>2.We calculate compensation based on the research or consultative result, which typically ranges from $1000 to $3000 per month. During the trial period, we usually pay you for the articles or consulting services provided, which can range from $200 to an unlimited amount.
