As a part of the team, you must react proactively, positively, patiently and effectively for seeking clarifications, have a customer centric approach in problem solving.<\/span>Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>A Specialist (Compliance) Processor \/ Analyst is responsible to handle High Complex Testing, research and reporting as aligned.<\/span>Compliance Plan Queue monitoring might be an added responsibility ensuring all activities are completed within TAT.<\/span>Additional quality checks ensure end to end Plan Testing is completed with 100% quality in first instance.<\/span>Coordinate with other Operations group to ensure follow-up testing activities in OMNI \/ Relius are completed within deadline.<\/span>There may also be a need to coordinate with internal departments on application or hardware issues related to daily functions.<\/span>Support meeting Service Level Agreements for TAT, utilization, productivity & quality.<\/span>Maintain and analyze process queue status and reports as assigned.<\/span>Participate and transfer information to all associates on a timely basis via regular team meetings. per responsibility assigned.<\/span>Handle query resolution for new hires in the group as assigned.<\/span>Build strong understanding of Compliance process and core recordkeeping systems and understand how they work and connect.<\/span>Analyze existing systems and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for cost\/ quality\/ process improvements.<\/span>Qualifications we seek in you!<\/span>Minimum Qualifications \/ Skills<\/span>Relevant years of rich Industry experience primarily in US Retirement Compliance Domain.<\/span>Hands on experience of research in Relius suite of products.<\/span>Strong understanding of concepts and terminology of financial services industry, especially in Retirement (DC).<\/span>Prior Compliance Testing knowledge and transition experience is essential.<\/span>Hands-on experience in handling Queue management.<\/span>Well versed with MS Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).<\/span>A \u2018can-do\u2019 attitude and the ability to work in a team environment and adapt to change is essential Willingness to work in shifts.<\/span>Preferred Qualifications\/ Skills<\/span>MS Excel Skills \u2013 Intermediate<\/span>MS Word- Intermediate<\/span>Shift Type<\/span>Evening Shift<\/span>Shift Timings<\/b><\/span>3:30 PM \u2013 1:30 AM (IST)<\/span>Fixed Shifts<\/span>Yes<\/span>Weekends Off<\/span>Yes<\/span>OJT<\/span>N\/A<\/span>Location<\/b><\/span>Remote<\/span>Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military\/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
