And that starts with finding the right talent to help us get there.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>QA &#038; Lead Testing Analyst<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Position Overview<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>In this role, you will provide hands-on QA and Testing Analysis for our Finance Delivery team. You will be working on Enterprise Level projects for several of the largest Technology initiatives for Evernorth\u2120 targeted at revolutionizing Health Services and Healthcare Delivery system in the United States. The focus of the work is to continue to enhance our market winning capabilities in the Behavioral Health and Care Solutions space.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>This is a hands-on position with visibility to higher levels of the Finance Management Team who are motivated to see the successful results of our efforts. The solution focuses on enabling this change using the latest testing technologies and techniques including the use of AI and automation where appropriate.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develops detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases based on functional requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Contributes to test planning and builds test cases per user story acceptance criteria.<\/li>\n<li>Builds and uses test data required to accomplish execution of test cases.<\/li>\n<li>Executes test cases, including manual and automated tests, and records test results.<\/li>\n<li>Tests new and existing features and reports errors.<\/li>\n<li>Works collaboratively with developers and systems analysts on defect triaging.<\/li>\n<li>Executes all levels of testing (Functional, Integration, Regression) through the project life cycle.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that all the standards and processes are being implemented within a project.<\/li>\n<li>Validates the changes in Production once the Project goes live.<\/li>\n<li>Applies quality principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle\/Kanban and waterfall life cycle with the appropriate support and documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Required Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels in a manner that is understandable to business units.<\/li>\n<li>Is an action-oriented individual who has strong decision-making skills, self-motivated owner of multiple tasks and accountable to deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Has the ability to maintain professionalism and emotional intelligence across all settings.<\/li>\n<li>Is a quick learner and is adaptable to new situations and challenges.<\/li>\n<li>Has experience working with globally distributed teams.<\/li>\n<li>Has proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester using SQL, Database, and ETL technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Possesses expert knowledge in Data warehouse concepts.<\/li>\n<li>Can write complex SQL queries using Joins.<\/li>\n<li>Has experience with testing mainframe environment using File-aid and IBM DB2 applications.<\/li>\n<li>Has experience with automation testing concepts including using Python IDE tools, Gitlab and Jenkins.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Required Experience &#038; Education: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Has five + years of work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Has at least a bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related fields.<\/li>\n<li>Has experience in the Healthcare Domain.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Desired Experience:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Has worked with AI.<\/li>\n<li>Has worked with JIRA.<\/li>\n<li>Has worked with Zephyr.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Location &#038; Hours of Work<span class=\"br\"><\/span>The location is in Hyderabad.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>The work hours are set at 40 hours per week.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>The work schedule is hybrid and is split between 3 days working in the office and 2 days working at home as per arrangements made with onsite management.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Equal Opportunity Statement<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Evernorth is an Equal Opportunity Employer actively encouraging and supporting organization-wide involvement of staff in diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to educate, inform and advance both internal practices and external work with diverse client populations.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>About Evernorth Health Services<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, creates pharmacy, care and benefit solutions to improve health and increase vitality.
