Act as a single point of contact for clients to maintain relationship.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>2. Get trained on BARE systems \/ reports for clients.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>3. Responsible for end to end project delivery i.e. development, optimization &#038; delivery of client projects.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>4. Build reports and set up the questionnaire(s) in close consultation with client &#038; project management.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>5. Masters and maintains knowledge of client&#8217;s business, competition, and latest industry news and trends.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>6. Giving value added recommendations &#038; solutions to clients, should have consultative approach towards the client.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>7. Should be able to manage client escalation and concerns seamlessly.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>8. Ability to use and Interpret BARE dashboard effectively and also provide the required training to the client.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Project Management :<span class=\"br\"><\/span>1. Planning and allocation of resources effectively.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>2. To identify Operational\/ Fieldwork issues and recommend solutions.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>3. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize processes and improve the quality and efficiency of mystery shopping programs.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>4. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and innovations to inform program development and enhance service offerings.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>5. Interact and co-ordinate with resource teams, Operations &#038; Editing Teams to ensure agreed service levels.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>6. Follow up and control project quality by spot-checking.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>7. Will be required to work on various tools and platforms for program management.<br \/>\n       8. Should have basic Excel knowledge for project tracking purpose.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>9. Ability to comprehend and interpret legal terminology within agreements, with accuracy will be an added advantage.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Cost control:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>1. Monitors agency\/client budgets and billing process.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>2. Commercial focus of changes and impact on costing &#038; client fees.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>3. Should be familiar with project budgeting, invoicing, and vendor management.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>4.
