The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java development, cloud migration, and a deep understanding of both AWS and Azure services. The person needs to be a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with a strong background in both front-end and back-end development and a solid understanding of Azure cloud services and DevOps practices. Primary Responsibility: \u00b7 Lead the migration of Java applications from AWS to Azure, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity. \u00b7 Assess existing applications and infrastructure to develop a comprehensive migration strategy. \u00b7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test migration solutions. \u00b7 Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security in the Azure environment. \u00b7 Provide technical guidance and support throughout the migration process. \u00b7 Document migration processes, best practices, and lessons learned. \u00b7 Develop and maintain scalable web applications\/ Microservices using Java and Spring Boot. \u00b7 Provide technical guidance and support throughout the migration process. \u00b7 Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. \u00b7 Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.<\/span>\u00b7 Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation. \u00b7 Key Skills and Qualifications: Backend Devlopment – Java\/Spring Boot (Must have) : Strong foundation in backend development with Java frameworks. Experience in building and maintaining microservices and enterprise-level applications. Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) & Docker (Must have): Proficient in containerization and orchestrating applications in Kubernetes environments, specifically on Azure. Experience with ACR, Docker, and Helm Charts. Azure Services (Must Have): General knowledge of Azure services and infrastructure. Strong knowledge in Azure App Service, Key Vault, Storage Account, App Insights, Cosmos DB, and Azure SQL DB. Proficiency in deploying Java code on Azure Functions and containers (Azure Container Instances or AKS). Strong DevOps experience and mindset, with familiarity in Azure DevOps (ADO). Front-End Development (Good to have): Proficiency in JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js). Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. Database Management (Must have): Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). Cloud Services (Good to have): Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and services (Azure App Service, AWS Lambda). Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, AKS). API Development: Proficiency in developing RESTful and GraphQL APIs. Experience with API management and integration.<\/span>Additional Skills: Knowledge of Python, Node.js, and .NET is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Experience: 6+ years of experience in full-stack development. Experience in cloud migration projects, particularly AWS to Azure.
