Paytm’s mission is to serve half a billion Indians and bring them to the mainstream economy with the help of technology.<\/span>About the role:<\/b><\/span>He\/She\/They will be developing the detailed design structure, implementing the best practices and coding standards, leading a team of developers for successful delivery of the project. You will be working on design, architecture and hands-on coding.<\/span>Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>Design and implement software of embedded\/IOT devices and systems from requirements to production and commercial deployment.<\/span>Design, develop, code, test and debug system software.<\/span>Review code and design.<\/span>Analyze and enhance efficiency, stability and scalability of system resources.<\/span>Integrate and validate new product designs.<\/span>Support software QA and optimize I\/O performance.<\/span>Provide post production support.<\/span>Interface with hardware design and development.<\/span>Assess third party and open source software<\/span>Requirements:<\/b><\/span>Proven working experience in software engineering<\/span>Experience in hands-on development and troubleshooting on embedded targets<\/span>Solid programming experience in C or C++<\/span>Proven experience in embedded systems design with preemptive, multitasking real-time operating systems<\/span>Familiarity with software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools, and peer review<\/span>Excellent knowledge of OS coding techniques, IP protocols, interfaces and hardware subsystems<\/span>Adequate knowledge of reading schematics and data sheets for components<\/span>Strong documentation and writing skills<\/span>An entrepreneurial spirit combined with strong program and product management skills. Proven success in building, motivating and retaining teams.<\/span>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex plans and designs.<\/span>Excellent judgment, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
