The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in TDM frameworks, tools, and processes, with hands-on experience in both functional and performance testing data management. A working knowledge of performance testing tools and practices is essential to support cross-functional performance engineering efforts. Key Responsibilities: &#8211; Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure Test Data Management solutions across multiple environments (dev, QA, staging, performance). &#8211; Design and implement end-to-end Test Data Management strategies for healthcare applications, ensuring HIPAA and data privacy compliance. &#8211; Work closely with QA, DevOps, and development teams to ensure test data needs are met effectively and efficiently. &#8211; Define and execute strategies for test data provisioning, masking, subsetting, synthetic data generation, and data refresh. &#8211; Manage test data specifically for performance testing scenarios, including high-volume data creation and environment readiness. &#8211; Collaborate with performance testers to align data models and test datasets for load, stress, and scalability testing. &#8211; Automate test data provisioning processes where possible using scripting or tools like K2View, Informatica TDM, Delphix, etc. &#8211; Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal data security policies during all test data management activities. &#8211; Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues during test cycles. &#8211; Maintain documentation, data catalogs, and versioning for test data sets. Required Skills and Qualifications: &#8211; 7\u201310 years of hands-on experience in Test Data Management across diverse enterprise applications and environments. &#8211; Solid understanding of TDM best practices, test lifecycle processes, and data governance. &#8211; Mandatory Hands-on experience with Genrocket tool. &#8211; Solid understanding of HIPAA regulations, PHI\/PII handling, and healthcare data standards (HL7, EDI, FHIR). &#8211; Experience with TDM tools such as K2View, Delphix, Informatica TDM, or similar is good to have. &#8211; Proficiency in SQL and database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.) &#8211; Experience supporting performance testing teams by generating and managing large datasets. &#8211; Basic understanding of performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Neoload. &#8211; Familiarity with data masking, data sub setting, synthetic data generation, and automation techniques. &#8211; Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments. &#8211; Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: &#8211; Exposure to cloud-based TDM solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP). &#8211; Experience with data virtualization technologies. &#8211; Knowledge of test automation frameworks is a plus. &#8211; Certifications in TDM tools or performance testing tools are advantageous.
