Compass Cash Center is the market leading cash center workflow product, which enables the digitalization of cash center processes. The product is used by central banks, commercial banks and cash in transit (CIT) businesses around the world.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>The senior C#\/.NET software developer will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of enterprise-level solutions for Compass Cash Center, a market-leading cash center workflow product used by banks and cash-in-transit businesses globally. The role focuses on C#\/ .NET development for the Compass Cash Center systems, including smart client applications, web applications, and database applications. You will work in a cross-site scrum team with colleagues located in India and Germany.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, implement, and unit test software components for our Compass Cash Center Product<\/li>\n<li>Play an active, responsible role in cross-site agile scrum teams (India\/Germany)<\/li>\n<li>Provide detailed effort estimates for assigned components<\/li>\n<li>Drive software design and implementation with high quality standards<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with System Testers, Support Specialists, and Business Analysts<\/li>\n<li>Create proof of concepts to validate design assumptions<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to continuous application modernization<\/li>\n<li>Ensure evolution of software platform across teams and products<\/li>\n<li>Participate in software development process improvements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Required Skills<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master&#8217;s preferred)<\/li>\n<li>6+ years of experience with C# and .NET<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of modern Web Frameworks (Angular, ASP.NET and\/or Blazor)<\/li>\n<li>Strong background in automated Unit and Integration Testing<\/li>\n<li>Experience with GIT, Visual Studio, GitHub Copilot, Azure DevOps, Azure Boards<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in SQL and relational database systems (Oracle, SQL Server)<\/li>\n<li>Experience with service-oriented architecture and multithreading<\/li>\n<li>Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for distributed multi-tier applications<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in multicultural teams across international locations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Why to join G+D : Our most valuable assets are our people<span class=\"br\"><\/span>And that&#8217;s the reason we look after them.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Join us &#8211; and be part of an international team that&#8217;s both inspiring and inspired.
