Our standard engineering and delivery practices reflect our commitment to quality, and our team is always looking to innovate and improve.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will learn and adopt best practices like writing clean and reusable code using TDD, pair programming and design patterns<\/li>\n<li>You will use continuous delivery practices as needed to deliver high-quality software and value to end customers<\/li>\n<li>You will work in collaborative, value-driven teams to build innovative customer experiences for our clients<\/li>\n<li>You will collaborate with a variety of teammates to build features, design concepts and interactive prototypes and ensure best practices and UX specifications are embedded along the way<\/li>\n<li>You will partner with other technologists from cross-functional teams advocating and demonstrating DevOps culture<\/li>\n<li>You will take ownership and accountability beyond individual deliverables, always pushing the envelope in order to deliver awesome results for our clients<\/li>\n<li>You will learn, digest and subsequently apply the latest technology thinking from our<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> to solve client problems<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job qualifications<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Technical Skills<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You have two or more years* of C# with React experience<\/li>\n<li>You have experience using one or more development languages (Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, TypeScript, Ruby, C#, etc.) with experience in Object-Oriented programming<\/li>\n<li>You can write clean, high-quality code in a variety of languages and are also able to spot (and improve) bad code<\/li>\n<li>You are familiar with Agile, Lean and\/or Continuous Delivery<\/li>\n<li>You have a good awareness of TDD, continuous integration and continuous delivery approaches\/tools<\/li>\n<li>Bonus points if you have knowledge of cloud technology such as AWS, Docker or Kubernetes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Professional Skills<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You thrive in a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment that values transparency, openness, feedback and change<\/li>\n<li>You have a passion for learning and sharing knowledge as well as a desire to create the right solutions for business problems<\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;re resilient in ambiguous situations and can approach challenges from multiple perspectives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> *For candidates with less than two years of experience,<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Other things to know<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Learning &#038; Development<span class=\"br\"><\/span>There is no one-size-fits-all career path at Thoughtworks: however you want to develop your career is entirely up to you.
