A USA Subsidiary is a rapidly growing, private equity backed SaaS product company that is powering some of the world\u2019s most important missions.<\/span>RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/b><\/span>\u25cf Join video conferencing calls with the product team in requirements gathering and feature enhancement discussions.<\/span>\u25cf Build, Maintain and enhance our SaaS product.<\/span>\u25cf Participate in sprint planning, ensuring effective decomposition of epics and user stories into estimated tasks and subtasks with clearly defined owners.<\/span>\u25cf Participate in agile stand ups and retrospectives. Proactively help and support colleagues remove impediments and continuously improve team productivity and satisfaction.<\/span>\u25cf Conduct code reviews and ensure a quality-centric team approach to development.<\/span>MUST HAVES:<\/b><\/span>\u25cf You are excited to work on a modern full stack React\/Node\/Mongo application and 5+ years of total hands-on experience with a mix of mentoring and handling team operations.<\/span>\u25cf Strong to expert-level knowledge of JavaScript.<\/span>\u25cf You can handle the entire software development life cycle, end to end.<\/span>\u25cf You have excellent communication skills. Excellent spoken and written English.<\/span>\u25cf You must have a details-oriented, meticulous work ethic.<\/span>\u25cf You have a good instinct for business and commercial value versus development effort.<\/span>\u25cf You can self manage your projects.<\/span>\u25cf You lead others, and others look to you for guidance.<\/span>\u25cf You have strong knowledge of databases (SQL and No-SQL based).<\/span>\u25cf You care deeply about software quality and testing.<\/span>NICE TO HAVES:<\/b><\/span>\u25cf You have strong and up to date HTML, CSS, and Javascript skills<\/span>\u25cf Experience with progressive web app development, including install prompts, custom service workers, caching of static resources and requests, offline capabilities.<\/span>Requirements<\/b><\/span>A B.Tech\/MCA with experience in modern full stack React\/Node\/Mongo application and 5+ years of total hands-on experience with a mix of mentoring and handling team operations.<\/span>Benefits<\/b><\/span>As per industry standards<\/p>\n
