You will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team, making architectural decisions, reviewing code, and ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability of our product.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handle tenant for the product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and mentor a team of developers working across Go (backend) and React (frontend).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Design scalable, secure, and performant architecture for product development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> technical solutions. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Go and React.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Review code, conduct design reviews, and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure optimal performance of the system through monitoring, profiling, and load testing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead agile ceremonies (planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in Go, React, and modern engineering practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Technical SkillsMust-Have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong experience in Golang and Go-based web frameworks (e.g., GRPC).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Deep knowledge of React.js, TypeScript\/JavaScript, and frontend tooling (Webpack, Babel,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> etc.). <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in RESTful API design.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding of Microservices, gRPC, and API Gateway concepts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with databases (Dgraph,PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Nice-to-Have:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CI\/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Git and version control workflows.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with message queues ( RabbitMQ).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Soft Skills &#038; Leadership <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven ability to lead and inspire a development team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong communication skills \u2013 able to clearly articulate technical solutions to non-technical<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> stakeholders. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with code reviews, mentoring, and performance management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong bias for action and ownership.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Education<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B. E., B.
