Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Agentforce and hands on development experience of Data Cloud.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Data Cloud Development (Essential): <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and implement data pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data into Data Cloud.<\/li>\n<li>Develop data models and data flows to enable advanced analytics and insights.<\/li>\n<li>Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate data-driven insights.<\/li>\n<li>Integrate machine learning and AI models into Data Cloud to enhance data analysis and prediction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Agentforce Development (good to have): <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, develop, and deploy Agentforce agents to automate tasks and improve customer service efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in writing complex and multi-step Prompt Builder steps and flows<\/li>\n<li>Implement complex Agentforce orchestration flows to automate multi-step processes.<\/li>\n<li>Integrate Agentforce with Data Cloud, OMS, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and other relevant systems both internal Salesforce systems and external platforms<\/li>\n<li>Train and support users on Agentforce best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Optimize Agentforce agents for performance and scalability.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor Agentforce agents for errors and performance issues and implement corrective actions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Minimum Qualification:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s or Master&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in cloud data engineering or a similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and collaboration skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military\/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
