This is not a typical intern role you&#8217;ll work directly with founders, HR leadership, and cross-functional teams to drive core initiatives across people, culture, hiring, and internal operations.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>If you&#8217;re someone who thrives on ownership, pace, precision, and clear communication, this is your shot at working with one of the most mission-driven teams out there.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Requirements<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>What You&#8217;ll Work On<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>1. HR Operations &#038; Strategy <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support end-to-end onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and compliance<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate leave tracking, payroll inputs, and policy communication<\/li>\n<li>Help streamline internal processes for scale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> 2. Talent &#038; Hiring <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with our internal teams to source, screen, and coordinate interviews<\/li>\n<li>Maintain hiring dashboards and pipelines<\/li>\n<li>Assist in closing critical roles across the company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> 3. Culture &#038; Engagement <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and surveys<\/li>\n<li>Work on feedback loops to improve employee experience<\/li>\n<li>Build culture-first rituals with the team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> 4.
