The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in pure React+Typescript development, avoiding CLASSical components and HOCs in favor of modern patterns.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain complex web applications using React and Typescript.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize Redux and Redux Sagas for state management, with a focus on understanding and implementing ReduxJS Toolkit (RTK).<\/li>\n<li>Work on long-term projects, with at least 12-14 months dedicated to a single project\/app, to understand evolving requirements and adapt accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain basic components such as buttons, dropdowns, and layouts, employing the &#8220;styles-in-JS&#8221; pattern using styled-components or @emotion\/styled.<\/li>\n<li>Implement advanced patterns like custom themes, theme mapping, and mobile responsive components.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Preferred Qualifications: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with React Router for data routing.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with mono repositories, especially NX workspace.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of architecture layering, with the ability to articulate the &#8220;why&#8221; and &#8220;how&#8221; behind architectural decisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in React and Typescript, with recent hands-on experience.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of Redux and Redux Sagas.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working on large-scale, long-term projects.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of basic component creation and styles-in-JS patterns.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with React Router and mono repositories is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Note: Candidates will be evaluated based on their understanding and application of the mentioned technologies and patterns.
