They should have technical skills, enthusiasm for product development, and a passion for meeting patient needs.<\/span>What will you be doing !<\/b><\/span>Responsible for the architecture and design of a module\/project, makes architecture and design choices for new product development, sustenance activities, field issue resolution etc.<\/span>Identifies technical problems, provides innovative, creative solutions and shares technical knowledge with team.<\/span>Generates alternatives and takes reasonable risks while solving technical problems.<\/span>Reviews and approves the design of a module\/project<\/span>Owns\/leads technology strategy and roadmap for the product line<\/span>Demonstrates customer focus by ensuring quality of software releases and timely resolution of field reported issues<\/span>Responsible for analyzing and understanding the requirements.<\/span>Assists the project coordinator in identifying critical technical risks at the module\/product level and collaborates on developing mitigation and recovery plans<\/span>Review work products to maintain high quality standards<\/span>Provides input to the test strategies at a product level<\/span>Provides mentorship to development and test teams with respect to overall design and development.<\/span>Drives the application of principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean\/Agile\/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and testing techniques.<\/span>Identifies and advances continuous improvement activities by pointing out process and product quality gaps.<\/span>Partner closely with the Project Coordinator to identify and resolve engineering issues and changes. Ensure that products meet all performance and functional criteria within the specified project schedule, with mentorship provided as needed.<\/span>Lead in design\/change reviews with the Sustaining Team and Engineering Change Board \u2013 rationalise design detail and collaborate with other team members<\/span>Challenges project teams and established work processes and proactively finds creative methods to reach desired performance levels<\/span>Collaborate with internal and\/or external parties in the development, improvement, and maintenance products.<\/span>Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective \/ Preventive action as needed.<\/span>Your Team:<\/b><\/span>You will be reporting to Software Manager for GSS. This position does not have any direct reports.
