Their duties include meeting with customers to discuss their needs, promoting sales offers and participating in test drives with interested customers.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Ensure the preparation of the showroom with all facilities to receive customers, i.e. displaying vehicles in good presentable &#038; attractive show.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Follow up on the implementation of the marketing activities properly, and communicate any new events or new campaign with sales team.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Participate in setting the forecasting &#038; vehicle ordering quantities to enhance the sales flow.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Supervise the implementation of the delivery procedures properly to retain &#038; maximize the customer satisfaction.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Assist the Brand Manager in maintaining the day to day operation system properly as per principle company guidelines.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Prepare all sales reports as per business and management needs.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Ensuring high conversion ratio of generated leads to sales by closely monitoring the sales executive\u2019s actions in convincing the customers to close the deals.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Ensuring sales executives contact all leads from CRM, social media, and from prospecting activities and walk-in &#038; convert them to actual buyers.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Ensuring all sales executives offer and conduct a vehicle test drive to customers and help achieve the Sales target on test drives.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Responsible for handling customers complains inside the showroom &#038; solve it.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Ensure high service in all customer touch points in the showroom to achieve the customer satisfaction targets sets by the management. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00b7 Participates in project work where applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.kw\/jobad\/kw186ea7d6afb70cf5ea106df868a85587?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Reports To: Sales Manager\/Brand Manager Department: Sales Brand Name: Prestige Car Job Summary: An Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for selling cars and overseeing the daily operations of the showroom.
