Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>Market Research & Client Targeting<\/span>Conduct targeted research to identify potential clients globally.<\/span>Use LinkedIn, CRM tools, and public databases to build lists of qualified prospects.<\/span>Understand regional trends, client needs, and buying behavior to guide outreach strategy.<\/span>Cold Outreach & Prospect Engagement<\/span>Execute cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to initiate conversations.<\/span>Create personalized and compelling messaging that resonates with different industries and regions.<\/span>Handle objections professionally and generate interest in Reboot Monkey\u2019s data center services.<\/span>Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting<\/span>Use defined criteria to assess prospect fit (industry, need, budget, etc.).<\/span>Book qualified discovery calls or demos for the Sales team.<\/span>Maintain smooth handover of leads with context and notes.<\/span>CRM Management & Reporting<\/span>Log all activities and interactions in the CRM accurately and in real time.<\/span>Track outreach performance (contact rate, reply rate, conversion rate) and provide weekly updates.<\/span>Continuously optimize lead sourcing and outreach tactics based on data.<\/span>Region-Specific Outreach<\/span>Adapt communication style to cultural and business norms in each region.<\/span>Stay informed on local compliance requirements and business etiquette.<\/span>What We Offer:<\/b><\/span>\u20ac300 monthly base pay + commission on every contract signed from your qualified leads.<\/span>Remote, flexible working environment.<\/span>Structured onboarding and regular training on lead generation strategies.<\/span>Opportunity to grow into more senior roles in sales or business development.<\/span>Qualifications:<\/b><\/span>2+ year experience in lead generation, SDR, BDR, or telemarketing roles (preferably in data center, IT, SaaS, or tech services).<\/span>Strong cold calling and digital outreach skills.<\/span>Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms and project management tools (e.g., Jira), and email automation tools.<\/span>Familiarity with global business practices and time zones.<\/span>Self-driven and consistent in meeting lead generation targets.<\/span>Bonus: Multilingual abilities in languages like French, German, Mandarin, Hindi, or Japanese.<\/p>\n
