\n – The position is responsible to welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instruction.
\n – Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook and issuing visitor badges.
Key Responsibilities<\/b>
\n – Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
\n – Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
\n – Receive and sort daily mail\/deliveries\/couriers.
\n – Maintain security by following procedure and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
\n – Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings\/appointments.
\n – Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
\n – Perform other duties (i.e., gate pass application, salary certificate and NOC request).
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/b>
\n – Creating the details of New Joiners in Timepaq.
\n – Deletion of previous employees in Timepaq.
\n – Updating timepaq for employee transfer request.
\n – Updating Store Attendance for Payroll processing.
\n – Assist other HR duties assigned by Ms. Sarah.
