You prepare the monthly closing elements by centralizing and codifying all the disputes in your customer portfolio. Responsibilities:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211; Management of the dispute database <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collect and complete information relating to customer disputes (deductions) in order to resolve them: analysis of debit notes, customer calls<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the correct codification of disputes by types after analysis of the elements.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate to Key Accounts all elements related to pricing problems.<\/li>\n<li>Justify, prepare and communicate to IBM the list of corrective documents (assets-refac) to be issued.<\/li>\n<li>Control documents issued by IBM.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on reimbursement and disputes in collaboration with CBS AR Team and KAM teams<\/li>\n<li>Submit clearing requests for deductions and adjustments.<\/li>\n<li>In general, contribute to the information and monitoring of dashboards on the evolution of disputes.<\/li>\n<li>Summarize all disputes and highlight the reasons<\/li>\n<li>Anticipate and escalate risks according to customer behavior (Reception of NDD \/ reasons \/ impacts).<\/li>\n<li>Establish and control monthly closing data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> &#8211; Knowledge of the pricing and customer database <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acquire a level of expertise on the functioning of customers, distribution channels, markets and commercial policy specific to each.<\/li>\n<li>Also acquire expertise on billing terms (depending on how the systems work) in accordance with pricing and promotional policies.<\/li>\n<li>Master the essential data related to Pepsico&#8217;s internal procedures (invoicing process, adjustments, provisions, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> &#8211; Billing management<br \/>\n       Ensure the daily mailing of paper invoices to our customers in compliance with management rules<br \/>\n       Send any document to the customer according to their requests.<br \/>\n       &#8211; Monitoring of processes and internal audit rules \/ Maintenance of procedures<br \/>\n       &#8211; Collaboration with outsourced IBM teams on all related activities Qualifications:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211; Advanced Excel<span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211; SAP<span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211; Fluency in French<span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211; Be logical, rigorous<span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211; Love to work and manipulate numbers<span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211; Be comfortable with discount calculations<span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211; Ability to synthesize for reporting<span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211; Good internal and external interpersonal skills<span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211; 0 to 1 year of experience in a dispute analyst position<span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211; Level BEP to BTS in accounting Degreed +2\/3<\/p>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.eg\/jobad\/eg5b39738e28308720e26a8df69f9cd473?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Overview: You are in charge of analyzing, monitoring and resolving pricing disputes.
