The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and coordinating with site teams to deliver projects on schedule.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise the installation and dismantling of scaffolding and formwork systems according to project specifications and safety standards.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, plans, and engineering specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Enforce safety protocols and monitor quality standards to ensure work is performed to the highest levels of compliance and workmanship.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical guidance and support to on-site teams to enhance productivity, accuracy, and performance.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare daily\/weekly progress reports and update stakeholders on project milestones and achievements.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively identify and resolve site-related challenges to minimize delays and disruptions in project timelines.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate effectively with engineers, contractors, and other site personnel to align work activities with the overall construction schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all scaffolding structures are erected and maintained in accordance with industry regulations and project requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications &#038; Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience (3+ years) in scaffolding, formwork, and site engineering roles within the construction or industrial sector.<\/li>\n<li>Work Experience in RingLock Scaffolding<\/li>\n<li>Speak &#038; Write in English language<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of scaffolding systems, formwork design, and structural safety.<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of construction site operations, HSE regulations, and quality management.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in reading construction drawings and technical specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Certifications in scaffolding safety or formwork systems are an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.sa\/jobad\/sa1f2aa84dda3a81bd61ab984de700380f?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Scaffolding Site Engineer in Riyadh to oversee the safe and efficient installation and dismantling of scaffolding (RingLock) and formwork systems across construction sites.
