The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating stable applications and the ability to mentor and guide junior developers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and Maintain the Web Applications. Lead the development, testing, and deployment of the Web applications.<\/li>\n<li>Code Quality and Best Practices: Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, offering code reviews, architectural advice, and knowledge-sharing.<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration: Work closely with different teams, product managers to translate business requirements into functional applications.<\/li>\n<li>Performance Optimization: Making sure that the web applications are stable and performant and addressing the performance bottlenecks and bugs.<\/li>\n<li>Integration: Integrate with external systems, third-party APIs, and cloud services as needed to deliver comprehensive features.<\/li>\n<li>Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in existing applications and processes, suggesting and implementing enhancements.<\/li>\n<li>Agile Development: Actively participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, providing accurate time estimates for tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, and apply new knowledge to enhance the development process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience: Minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience in Web application development.<\/li>\n<li>Frameworks: Proficiency with Java programming language and frameworks like Spring and Hibernate<\/li>\n<li>Technical Expertise: Java, Maven, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, any Database system (preferably Oracle).<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Swagger \/ Postman.<\/li>\n<li>Problem-Solving: Proven track record of troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving complex technical issues in web applications.<\/li>\n<li>Version Control: Experience with Git and collaborative version control workflows (e.g., GitHub Actions).<\/li>\n<li>API Integration: Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, networking, and integration with other systems.<\/li>\n<li>Agile Methodologies: Experience working in an Agile \/ Scrum development environment.<\/li>\n<li>Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive change within a team.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with messaging systems like RabbitMQ or Kafka.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preferred Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with CI\/CD tools (Preferably Jenkins)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of various coding standards and security best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in any cloud technology (Preferably Azure).<\/li>\n<li>Experience with different Monitoring Tools (Eg: AppDynamics, Splunk, etc).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.co.in\/jobad\/ine13fa4dfd7cc70346180fc3bd0973b89?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About FedEx We&#8217;re on our way to becoming the world&#8217;s most flexible, efficient, and intelligent supply chain.
