As a Front-End Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of web applications. You will be responsible for providing technical leadership, guidance, and support to the front-end development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly web applications.<\/span>Requirements<\/b><\/span>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor the front-end development team, providing guidance, coaching, and support in developing modern web applications<\/span>Architectural Design: Collaborate with the architecture and design teams to define front-end architecture and best practices, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.<\/span>Development: Hands-on development of front-end code, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.<\/span>Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews to ensure coding standards, best practices, and quality are met. Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to team members.<\/span>Project Management: Work closely with the project management team to define project requirements, estimate work efforts, and ensure timely delivery of front-end components.<\/span>Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and validation of front-end components, resolving issues and bugs on time.<\/span>Performance Optimization: Optimize front-end code and assets for improved performance, speed, and user experience.<\/span>Communication: Effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, back-end developers, and stakeholders.<\/span>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>React Mastery:<\/span>Demonstrate a deep and comprehensive understanding of React, using it to build high-quality, performant, and user-friendly web applications.<\/span>Micro Front-End Architecture Proficiency:<\/span>Utilize your expertise in Micro Front-End architecture to design and implement modular and scalable front-end solutions, allowing for greater flexibility and collaboration in our development process.<\/span>Content Delivery Networks (CDN) Competency:<\/span>Leverage your knowledge of Content Delivery Networks to optimize the delivery of assets, ensuring fast and reliable content distribution to users across the globe.<\/span>Server-Side Rendering (SSR) Skills:<\/span>Apply your skills in Server-Side Rendering to enhance the performance and SEO-friendliness of our web applications, providing a seamless user experience.<\/span>Qualifications:<\/b><\/span>Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience).<\/span>Proven experience as a Front-End Developer with a strong portfolio of web projects.<\/span>Solid expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.<\/span>Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).<\/span>Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).<\/span>Strong leadership and mentoring skills.<\/span>Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.<\/span>Familiarity with responsive web design and mobile-first development.<\/span>Benefits <<\/b><\/p>\n
