We&#8217;re committed to your flexibility and wellbeing and our hybrid strategy currently requires three days a week in the office, giving you the option to work remotely for some of your working week.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>We give you a world of potential<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Computershare are currently looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Global Development team within Computershare Technology Services.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Computershare Technology Services (CTS) is the division within Computershare responsible for procurement and ongoing maintenance &#038; support of all IT systems that underpin and support all business lines within Computershare.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>This position sits within a cross-regional project\/software delivery team supporting the team by coordinating and executing high-quality software testing.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>A role you will love<span class=\"br\"><\/span>If you are someone who cares about quality and gets a kick out of digging into how things work (or break) you&#8217;ll thrive here. We&#8217;re looking for someone who brings curiosity to their work and demonstrates genuine enthusiasm for what they do.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>You&#8217;ll be part of a supportive cross-functional, collaborative team where your curiosity, eye for detail, and problem-solving skills will be valued daily.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>You&#8217;ll love this role if: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You enjoy spotting what others might miss<\/li>\n<li>You get satisfaction from making sure things just work.<\/li>\n<li>You like being the quality advocate in the room<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> This isn&#8217;t just about testing &#8211; it&#8217;s about improving how we build, making things better, and knowing your input makes a difference.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Some key responsibilities: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Designing, developing, and documenting comprehensive testing plans, test cases and test data<\/li>\n<li>Conduct hands on manual software test execution and work towards completion of testing within the agreed timelines<\/li>\n<li>Manage defects including logging new defects, proactively working with others to resolve the defects and updating defect status for accurate progress reporting<\/li>\n<li>Deliver testing efforts within forecasted estimates and communicate any risks early<\/li>\n<li>Define and follow test processes<\/li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with a variety of technical and non-technical audiences to: share knowledge and ideas; provide updates; influence; challenge; and take on feedback<\/li>\n<li>Ensure client satisfaction through quality testing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What will you bring to the role?<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>You will have a clear passion for quality, a willingness to learn and the curiosity to ask the right questions <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Software Testing experience of analysing designs &#038; specifications, defining test cases, identifying test data requirements, investigating issues, reporting risks, logging bugs and reporting on test progress<\/li>\n<li>A curious, observant and intuitive explorer who is capable of setup, exercise and checking test scenarios against the system-under-test.<\/li>\n<li>A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborates and communicates well, builds great working relationships, influences others, challenges effectively and responds well to challenges from others, shares information and ideas with others, has good listening skills<\/li>\n<li>Relevant industry knowledge\/experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Ideal candidate would have demonstrated RML knowledge &#8211; training will be provided<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Some other key experience you&#8217;ll have: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ISTQB Foundation Certified Tester<\/li>\n<li>Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or related discipline is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Additional Quality Assurance \/ Quality Engineering qualifications.<\/li>\n<li>Any form of software testing working experience<\/li>\n<li>Ability to analyse software requirements and design specifications<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Registry business processes, business rules and market<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated RML (internal to Computershare) knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Ability to successfully resolve issues and get results with minimal supervision<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Rewards designed for you<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Flexible work to help you find the best balance between work and lifestyle.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Health and wellbeing rewards that can be tailored to support you and your family.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Invest in our business by setting aside salary to purchase shares in our company, and you&#8217;ll receive a company contribution as well.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Extra rewards ranging from recognition awards and team get togethers to helping you invest in your future.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>And more.
