The applications and scripts will be deployed on various resources in AWS (Lambda, ECS, etc.)<\/span>Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>Develop applications and scripts using Python.<\/span>Ensure all the phases of SDLC are followed. This would include documenting requirement specifications, creating detailed design document, coding modules, testing and deploying by ensuring that all the specifications including coding standards from Genpact and the client are followed.<\/span>Communicate efficiently within a multi-disciplinary project team employees and external agencies to complete assigned tasks on time and within specifications<\/span>Should be able to understand and communicate the technical issues that may arise and seek help as needed.<\/span>Build client relationships<\/span>Establish process rigor and should be a transformation evangelist<\/span>Qualifications we seek in you!<\/span>Minimum Qualifications\/Skills<\/span>Degree in Technology\/Engineering\/MCA<\/span>Proficient in Python<\/span>Proficient in SQL (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL)<\/span>Preferred Qualifications\/ Skills<\/span>Experienced in developing applications by following the Agile methodology\/Scrum<\/span>Hands on experience in Python packages like pandas & numpy<\/span>Knowledge of object oriented design and concepts in Python<\/span>Hands on experience in Flask (preferred) or Django<\/span>Hands on experience in NoSQL databases like MongoDB\/DocumentDB and DynamoDB<\/span>Hands on experience in AWS especially in AWS Lambda, RDS, EC2, API Gateway, CloudFormation, SAM, Transfer Family and CloudWatch<\/span>Good knowledge of XML, JSON, REST API and SOAP<\/span>Excellent code review and debugging skills<\/span>Good with handling structured\/unstructured data from variety of sources<\/span>Experience in Banking and Financial Services domain is preferred<\/span>Good written and verbal communication skills<\/span>Able to cultivate robust working relationships with the team, peers, and clients<\/span>Good interpersonal skills, interacting with clients on the technical specialists<\/span>Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military\/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
