\n 5. Demonstrated track record of taking ownership, being organized, and leading projects with the ability to set and achieve the highest standards for the team
\n 6. Proactive self-starter, with the ability to identify problems and follow them through to resolution
\n 7. Good communication & Stakeholder management skills
\n 8. Agile Project delivery managed preferably on JIRA<\/p>\n
