Purchasing ROLE<\/span>– Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
\n 1. Supplier Management:
\n o Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
\n o Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
\n o Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
\n 2. Procurement Process:
\n o Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including requisition, purchase order creation, and receipt of goods and services.
\n o Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and invoices.
\n o Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.<\/span>3. Contract Management:
\n o Draft, review, and manage contracts with suppliers (Order Invoice)
\n o Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
\n o Resolve any disputes or issues related to contracts.<\/span>4. Cost Management: o Analyze market trends and supplier pricing to ensure competitive pricing.
\n o Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-reduction strategies.<\/span>5. Compliance and Documentation:
\n o Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
\n o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities and documentation.
\n o Prepare and present procurement reports to management as needed.<\/span>6. Collaboration:
