We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realize their ambitions.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>In this role you will:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide 24&#215;7 and On-call Support on Production services<\/li>\n<li>Service Transition and acceptance: Co-ordinate implementation activities for smooth transition from development to production<\/li>\n<li>Assist on daily production Online and Mobile Banking alert triage, investigation and provide solution or work-around for business.<\/li>\n<li>Interact with different parties including server team, infrastructure team and business user.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to SRE &#038; DevOps production support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Solid understanding of Web based Application Support in a multi-tier architecture within Banking domain.<\/li>\n<li>Have experience in Mobile SRE support activities.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with business-critical server application support will be an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in trouble shooting Java\/J2EE\/Microservices Applications deployed on any of the industry standard Front end Application Servers such as IBM WAS, IBM WPS, JBoss, Tomcat.<\/li>\n<li>Hands on experience on UNIX. Python based automation is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in any Industry standard Application Performance Monitoring Tool such as AppDynamics, Splunk, BMC Patrol, HP BSM, Dynatrace, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Background\/previous experience in any of: Java \/ J2EE, Angular JS, node.js, React, Spring, HTML, Javascript<\/li>\n<li>Experience in any ticketing Tool e.g. BMC Remedy \/ GSD \/ ServiceNow.<\/li>\n<li>Cloud management knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Worked on any application migration and have a clear understanding of the process.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates with good understanding of Cloud, Oracle database, MQ, TCP\/IP Networks, Webservers, Data Centre will be preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of Micro-services, REST APIs and integration with Mule Gateway, AnyPoint, PCF.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> You\u2019ll achieve more when you join HSBC.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>www.hsbc.com\/careers<span class=\"br\"><\/span>HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
