This role reports to the Director of Digital Marketing and works side-by-side with Retail Product Marketers to drive awareness, consideration and sales of GE-branded DIY lighting and GE Cync smart home products sold at more than 55,000 locations in North America and online.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of shop.gelighting.com and promotions and creating compelling digital content across multiple platforms including social media.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Digital Content Creation &#038; Management: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute updates to GELighting.com and ensure content is engaging, accurate, and on brand.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain process and operational rigor for day-to-day activities related to managing and growing our direct to consumer (D2C) website \u2013 shop.gelighting.com.<\/li>\n<li>Manage shop.gelighting.com agency partner.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze influencer marketing opportunities and identify those that align with goals of the GE brand. Negotiate terms and execute deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Manage HubSpot CRM and develop digital promotions that drive traffic to D2C site.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with internal creative team to develop engaging, on-brand content including graphics, promotional emails, and web content.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure brand, messaging, voice, and visuals are consistent across all digital platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Leverage analytical skillset to gather key business and user insights as well as measure impact of marketing programs \u2013 awareness, traffic, conversions, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Social Media Management: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead online branded digital content, including planning, writing, and scheduling social media content for GE branded products and setting the social calendar.<\/li>\n<li>Manage official social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor daily activity, engage with audiences, and build community across all platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Manage social media agency partner.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with creators to collaborate on delivering engaging content<\/li>\n<li>Track and report on performance metrics, audience insights, and competitor analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Keep the GE brand relevant and engaging across key audience segments.<\/li>\n<li>Repurpose long-form content into social-friendly formats.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with internal creative team to develop engaging, on-brand, and timely content that capitalizes on GE lighting and smart home news and industry trends.<\/li>\n<li>Lead ratings and reviews process through sampling and BazaarVoice reviews.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of professional experience managing social media for a brand, preferably in consumer electronics, tech, or home lifestyle.<\/li>\n<li>Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Ability to connect dots between the needs of the business, timely messages, and social trends.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of digital content best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and deliver on time and on budget.<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized, creative thinker with strong attention to detail and time management.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.<\/li>\n<li>Passion for innovation, smart home technology, and consumer electronics a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Compensation<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The salary range is $80,000 &#8211; $100,000. The salary range listed is an estimate.
