This role is perfect for a marketing professional with 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, and marketing operations who is ready to own and optimize the full-funnel engine behind a growing product suite. The role reports directly to the ABM Manager and operates on Eastern Time Zone hours.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Essential Job Functions:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Help manage paid media campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and social platforms to drive high-quality leads at optimal cost<\/li>\n<li>Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and media planning aligned with quarterly pipeline goals<\/li>\n<li>Design and execute A\/B tests for ad creative, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve conversion rates and cost-efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Develop monthly campaign reports with actionable insights tied to CPL and CPA targets<\/li>\n<li>Marketing Operations &#038; Email Campaign Execution<\/li>\n<li>Manage Pardot email marketing automation workflows and Outreach sequences to nurture prospects from initial interest to sales disposition<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Sales Operations team to steward marketing-generated leads through the pipeline<\/li>\n<li>Maintain lead data hygiene, scoring models, and campaign attribution logic across Salesforce and ZoomInfo<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and analyze lead behavior across ads, content, chatbots, and email to improve segmentation and targeting<\/li>\n<li>Provide ongoing reporting on campaign performance, lead velocity, and pipeline influence across all four brands<\/li>\n<li>Curate and optimize chatbot logic and flows to improve conversion rates from inbound traffic<\/li>\n<li>Partner with designers, writers, and developers to launch campaigns that are visually on-brand and strategically sound<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with BDRs and account executives to ensure campaign alignment and feedback loops<\/li>\n<li>Assist in building email campaigns based on copy provided by the content team<\/li>\n<li>Manage campaign and performance marketing calendars across digital channels<\/li>\n<li>Support earned media coordination and PR tracking across industry publications and thought leadership outlets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Required Education &#038; Experience:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>2 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, SaaS marketing, or performance-based marketing<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite)<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and SEMrush<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preferred Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands-on experience with Pardot, Outreach, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo<\/li>\n<li>Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing campaigns across multiple brands or business units<\/li>\n<li>Background in agency or fast-growth startup environments<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with ABM strategies, platforms like Demandbase or ZoomInfo Marketing, or intent data platforms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Why Join Our Team:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Big brand bragging rights.
