\n Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education<\/span>Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful execution of projects, addressing challenges that arise during the development process, and contributing to the overall improvement of application performance and functionality. You will also be responsible for performing maintenance and enhancements to existing applications, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of users and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: – Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. – Responsible for team decisions. – Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. – Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. – Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning. – Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: – Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. – Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. – Experience with performance tuning and optimization of ABAP code. – Familiarity with SAP HANA database concepts and data modeling. – Ability to work with various SAP modules and integrate them effectively.
