The Digital, Device, and Alexa Support (D2AS) technology organization within Amazon Customer Service (CS) is seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer to play a crucial role in building the next generation of fraud and abuse prevention systems that safeguard Alexa, Prime Video, Kindle, and Fire TV services.<\/span>We strive to make digital experiences effortless for customers. Our goal is to anticipate, evaluate, prevent, and eliminate any effort required from customers. \n – Design and develop software solutions for fraud and abuse prevention systems across Amazon’s digital services
\n – Build scalable systems that protect and enhance Alexa, Prime Video, Kindle, and Fire TV experiences

\n – Mentor and provide technical guidance to other engineers

The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300\/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600\/year in our highest geographic market.
