We’re seeking an experienced software development engineer to help us realize our vision of creating modern, effective support experiences. Our focus is on developing intelligent self-service solutions and empowering our tech-support organization with advanced tools and technology. As part of our experienced and growing team, you’ll play a crucial role in unlocking self-service automation for a wide range of support scenarios, integrating diverse backend systems from across Amazon and within our organization.<\/span>This role offers a unique blend of customer-facing impact and deep technical challenges. Your work will be prominently displayed on Amazon.com and the Amazon Shopping app, reaching millions of customers daily. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with teams throughout the company, diving deep into our Devices, Subscriptions, and Digital spaces. \n – Analyze and Solve difficult engineering problems with elegant and practical code with appropriate design documentation.
