We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>In this role, you will:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance, scalable web applications.<\/li>\n<li>Write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code across front-end (ReactJS\/Angular) and back-end (Python\/Node.Js\/.NET\/Java).<\/li>\n<li>Build and manage RESTful APIs, services, and microservices architectures.<\/li>\n<li>Design and manage databases (SQL\/NoSQL), ensuring data integrity and performance optimization.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate CI\/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud services.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize AI\/ML technologies to optimize application performance, user experience, and business processes.<\/li>\n<li>Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.<\/li>\n<li>Lead architecture decisions and contribute to the overall product strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and security best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.<\/li>\n<li>Strong expertise in OOPS, Python, .NET, and\/or Java.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced front-end skills with ReactJS and\/or Angular.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of databases (SQL\/Oracle, NoSQL, and database optimization).<\/li>\n<li>Experience with DevOps practices, CI\/CD pipelines, and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in AI\/ML integration, libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), and deploying models.<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in designing and developing cloud-based applications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of microservices architecture and GraphQL\/RESTful APIs.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to mentor and lead teams of developers.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and collaboration skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> You\u2019ll achieve more when you join HSBC.<br \/>\n       www.hsbc.com\/careers<span class=\"br\"><\/span>HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
