And that starts with finding the right talent to help us get there.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Role Title: Software Engineering Senior Manager<br \/><b>Position Summary:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Provides hands on software engineering and system architecture leadership for one of the MDLIVE Eligibility Delivery teams. This individual will be working on several of the largest Technology initiatives for Evernorth targeted at revolutionizing Health Services and Healthcare Delivery system in the United States. The focus of the work is to continue to enhance Evernorths market winning capabilities in the Virtual Care Technology space. The Technology strategy is completely aligned to our business strategy and the candidate will not only be able to influence technologybusiness direction but also recruiting and mentoring employees or vendor resources to ultimately build and contribute within a world class Delivery Vertical. This is a hands-on position with visibility to the highest levels of Evernorth management who are driven to see our efforts succeed. The solution focuses on enabling this change through the use of the latest technologies and development techniques.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Description &#038; Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide leadership, vision, and architectural\/design direction for the team.<\/li>\n<li>Direct the team in troubleshooting and problem resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure engineering solutions align with the Technology strategy and that they support the applications requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and implement procedures that will maximize engineering and operating efficiency for application integration technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and drive process improvement opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Complete accountability for the technology assets owned by the team.<\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership to the team ensuring the team is meeting the following objectives: Design, configuration, implementation of middleware products and application design\/development within the supported technologies and products.<\/li>\n<li>Proactive monitoring and management design of supported assets assuring performance, availability, security, and capacity.<\/li>\n<li>Maximize the efficiency (operational, performance, and cost) of the application assets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Experience Required:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overall, 13-16 years of experience<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience leading\/managing technical teams with a passion for the developing the talent within the team. Experience with vendor management in an onshore\/offshore model.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with most of the following technologies- Ruby, Ruby on Rails, MIRTH<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with agile methodology including SCRUM team leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with modern delivery practices such as continuous integration, behavior\/test driven development, and specification by example.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience with architecture, design, and development of large-scale enterprise application solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Strong influencing\/negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal\/relationship management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong time and project management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Experience Desired:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exposure to Azure<\/li>\n<li>Healthcare experience, Telehealth, Coaching<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Education and Training Required: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>College degree (Bachelor) in related technical\/business areas or equivalent work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Industry certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Six Sigma Green Belt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Primary Skills:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ruby, Ruby on Rails, Mirth<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Additional Skills:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Exposure to Microsoft Azure<\/p>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.co.in\/jobad\/in0e8035cf86198fc582726701e86e2f04?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About Evernorth Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group (NYSE: CI), creates pharmacy, care, and benefits solutions to improve health and increase vitality.
