Grow here.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>At AECOM we are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join us at our Dublin office.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Here&#8217;s what you&#8217;ll do:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Your day-to-day will include but not be limited to the following tasks and responsibilities:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>As a Project Co-Ordinator you will work with the PPDM and BS Team portfolio and you will have the following daily responsibilities: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Day-to-day administration support to our PPDM and BS team.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively record and maintain high levels of data and support the Project Managers UK&#038;I portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Supporting Project Managers to ensure the smooth running of projects.<\/li>\n<li>Have a key focus on reporting, analysing and communicating project activity.<\/li>\n<li>Implement and maintain processes and standards for consistency and drive project governance.<\/li>\n<li>Have thorough understanding of AECOM&#8217;s relevant procedures and processes.<\/li>\n<li>Producing comprehensive written reports, minutes, presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the project closeout process and ensure the project file are audited and archived upon completion of the project.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Project Manager with the Accruals and Forecast monthly report for all projects.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Project Managers to complete weekly and monthly reports to be shared with Operations team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ready to push the limits of what&#8217;s possible?<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Here&#8217;s what we&#8217;re looking for:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant educational qualifications or experience in the area of project management \/ accounting \/ finance or similar with good analytical and numerical skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpretation skills to translate the client&#8217;s request into a presentable format<\/li>\n<li>Strong financial, contractual, commercial, and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong computer skills and strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other Office 365 tools is essential.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Additional Information<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Interested in the role or curious about life at AECOM?
