We&#8217;re looking for a trend-obsessed Assistant Social Media Manager to help us grow our brand across social platforms \u2014 with scroll-stopping content that speaks to our players.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>This is a creative, fast-paced role where you\u2019ll play a key part in capturing attention, riding trends, and making online rummy cool, relatable, and viral.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>1. Trend Spotting &#038; Creative Execution<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Constantly track viral trends, memes, formats, and audio \u2014 especially across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X (Twitter).<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Pitch and produce quick-turnaround content ideas that tie trending formats to our brand, games, and community.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Work closely with designers and editors to bring those ideas to life with speed and style.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>2. Content Management<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Help manage daily posting across all key platforms \u2014 Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Telegram, etc.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Write catchy, clever, and brand-aligned captions, hashtags, and CTAs.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Maintain a consistent and playful brand tone while experimenting with new formats and angles.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>3. Community Engagement<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Interact with followers in real time \u2014 responding to comments, joining conversations, and boosting UGC.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Help run contests, polls, and campaigns that encourage shares and participation.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>4. Performance Monitoring<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Track how trend-based content is performing (reach, engagement, shares, etc.).<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Share weekly insights and help refine the content strategy with learnings.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Keep an eye on what competitors and creators in the gaming\/RMG space are doing \u2014 and do it better.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Qualifications &#038; Skills Required<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>1-3 years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing<br \/>\n       Obsessed with social media and pop culture.
