This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of monitoring and performance management.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Dynatrace Advisory: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform planning, consulting, technical analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and daily support of application monitoring and automation software<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implements policies, strategies, guidelines, standards, and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Define strategy and roadmap for Dynatrace monitoring including rollout approach based on technology landscape and customer policies<\/li>\n<li>Design Dynatrace monitoring architecture based on IT landscape, security policies, and deployment approach<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Dynatrace Deployment and Configuration: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify infra, apps, and business requirements for monitoring and design Dynatrace monitoring solution<\/li>\n<li>Work with different technical teams across the organization in order to determine scope for different monitoring solution designs<\/li>\n<li>Work with stakeholder leadership and teams to partner on rollout of solutions<\/li>\n<li>Deploy and configure Dynatrace monitoring solutions across various environments (development, testing, production).<\/li>\n<li>Integrate Dynatrace with existing systems and applications.<\/li>\n<li>Customize Dynatrace settings to meet the specific needs of different applications and infrastructure components.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Monitoring and Performance Management: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Set up monitoring for applications, services, and infrastructure using Dynatrace.<\/li>\n<li>Create and manage dashboards, alerts, and reports to provide visibility into system performance.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and potential issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Troubleshooting and Support: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide technical support for Dynatrace-related issues. Research and troubleshoot with support from SMEs as needed<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with development, operations, and support teams to resolve performance issues.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct root cause analysis for performance problems and recommend solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Optimization and Best Practices: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement best practices for using Dynatrace effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Optimize monitoring configurations and settings for improved performance and efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Dynatrace and incorporate them into the monitoring strategy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Documentation and Training: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps related to Dynatrace.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct training sessions for team members on the use and capabilities of Dynatrace.<\/li>\n<li>Create user guides and manuals for internal stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct training sessions with demo for customer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).<\/li>\n<li>Experience:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in deploying and managing Dynatrace in a professional setting.<\/li>\n<li>Strong background in application performance monitoring and management.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).<\/li>\n<li>Extensive background and experience in deploying and managing across complex global environments.<\/li>\n<li>Servicenow integration experience.<\/li>\n<li>Skills:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in Dynatrace configuration and administration.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent decision-making skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell scripting) is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and application development processes.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with remote technical teams\/resources.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and executive level presentation skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Preferred Certifications: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dynatrace Certified Associate<\/li>\n<li>Dynatrace Certified Professional<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Work Environment:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This position may require both remote and on-site work, depending on the organization&#8217;s needs.<\/li>\n<li>Occasional on-call support may be required to address critical issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
