As an Internal Auditor, you will be part of the Shared Services Organization supporting the General Ledger &#038; Indirect Tax team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a strong accounting background, and the ability to work with all levels of internal stakeholders and business partners.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Job Title: Internal Auditor<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Location: East Aurora, NY (Hybrid &#8211; 2-3 days a week in office)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Pay Range: $39 &#8211; $50 \/hr.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>What&#8217;s the Job?<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Direct and provide guidance to Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) off-site team of 5-7 staff on R2R processes.<\/li>\n<li>Review account reconciliations, ensuring appropriate documentation to support transactions, accuracy, and timely resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Subject Matter Expert of the Oracle General Ledger.<\/li>\n<li>Complete month-end closing procedures, including management of Oracle system open\/close processes.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in developing and recommending changes to accounting policies, procedures, and processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> What&#8217;s Needed? <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience required.<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of accounting experience in General Ledger.<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements (including ability to identify risks &#038; suggest preventative controls).<\/li>\n<li>Ability to collect, interpret, and evaluate financial information, identify patterns &#038; trends, make decisions for accounting treatment based on facts &#038; circumstances.<\/li>\n<li>Strong General ledger skills &#038; proficiency using multiple ledgers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What&#8217;s in it for me?<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Weekly pay, direct deposit<\/li>\n<li>Hybrid role.
