The future for Raising Cane\u2019s is growth focused and we\u2019re on the path to being one of the top 10 restaurant companies in the United States.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Description<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>The Digital Marketing Senior Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing digital touchpoints to drive engagement, loyalty, and performance. This role manages day-to-day digital operations including CRM programs, website content, technical enhancements, and performance metrics to ensure seamless campaign execution, measurable growth, and best in-class customer experience.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Your Impact and Responsibilities:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Develop and execute national and local marketing campaigns across email, website, and app platforms to drive retention and engagement <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own execution of Caniac Club messaging and offer delivery across all channels \u2022 Build and manage a comprehensive digital content calendar and roadmap<\/li>\n<li>Lead the digital setup for new restaurant openings, including landing pages and \u201cAbout This Restaurant\u201d content<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update evergreen website content with brand accuracy and SEO optimization<\/li>\n<li>Monitor digital performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization<\/li>\n<li>Partner with Customer Support and Operations teams to manage ratings, reviews, and digital product updates<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with development teams to prioritize and deploy UX and performance enhancements<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate local listings across platforms, including Google Business Profile and Apple Maps to improve visibility and drive traffic<\/li>\n<li>Manage website support tickets, resolving technical and content issues with internal partners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years\u2019 experience in digital marketing, CRM, or website management<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of CMS platforms, SEO fundamentals, and marketing automations tools<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in campaign performance tracking and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM systems)<\/li>\n<li>Experience executing multi-channel campaigns with attention to detail and performance tracking<\/li>\n<li>Skilled in developing business documents such as content calendars, timelines, and process flows Preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with ADA compliance and digital accessibility standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Additional Information<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
