Job Description:<\/b><\/span>About Liability Sales<\/span>The Liability Sales department focuses on the liability acquisition, assets and retail forex business for the<\/span>bank. The department drives business from branches across India and is responsible for sourcing of retail<\/span>and corporate deposits, salary and non-salary accounts, trust accounts and forex Business with a view to<\/span>increase the retail book of the bank.<\/span>About the Role<\/b><\/span>Officer Sales are a part of the Bank’s front-line sales force whose primary responsibility is to get new<\/span>customers for the bank and explore new business opportunities. Officer Sales are responsible for selling<\/span>banking and investment products and services to customers based on their needs. They are also responsible<\/span>for handling customer queries to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a pure sales job and involves daily<\/span>customer reach-outs & travelling<\/span>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>\u00f8 Identify sales opportunities for both the Bank and third-party products by acquiring new customers<\/span>and building new relationships.<\/span>\u00f8 Manage business relations with existing customers to increase the depth of existing relationships.<\/span>\u00f8 Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization monthly as per Grade Matrix (BDE, Officer and<\/span>AM Sales)<\/span>\u00f8 Record and track all engagement activities through the CRM system.<\/span>\u00f8 Comply with KYC\/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the financial services industry<\/span>Qualifications<\/b><\/span>Optimal qualification for success on the job is depends on Grade offer to:<\/span>\u00f8 Officer Sales-2 : Graduate with more than 1 year of experience (upto 2 years)<\/span>\u00f8 Officer Sales-1 : Graduate with less than 1 year of experience<\/span>Role Proficiencies:<\/span>For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:<\/span>\u00f8 Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language.<\/span>\u00f8 Excellent lead generation and conversion skill<\/span>\u00f8 Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.<\/span>\u00f8 Ability to work successfully as a part of a team.<\/span>\u00f8 High sales orientation to meet the sales targets consistently. \u00f8 Ensure resource should have the recommended Model Device and Android Version- Model 1-OPPO, VIVO, MI, 1+, Samsung and Realme.
