\n Job Title: Relationship Officer – 811 Digital Sales Grade: M1
Job Role-<\/b>
\n \uf0b7 Have good awareness of Corporates with entry point links in those corporates.
\n \uf0b7 Good Communication & Presentation Skills required since he will be focusing on core corporates for Digital Banking.
\n \uf0b7 Cross sells bank products to existing set of Corp Sal customers which are mapped.
\n \uf0b7 Handle Investment and Insurance requirements of clients
\n \uf0b7 Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
\n \uf0b7 Coordinates with other group companies to provide awareness to our group company employees for our KOTAKJIFI products.
\n \uf0b7 Goes beyond the professional need of the customer by providing other products – enhancement of customer value
\n \uf0b7 Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
\n \uf0b7 Penetration of group\/family account of the existing mapped base.
\n \uf0b7 Tracks customer complaints\/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction
Job Requirement-<\/b>
\n \uf0b7 Good communication and presentation skills.
\n \uf0b7 Willing to travel extensively within the city limits.
\n \uf0b7 Two- wheeler and an android phone is must.
\n \uf0b7 Liability Sales experience or KYC knowledge is an added advantage.
\n \uf0b7 Graduate with Minimum 0-2 Yrs. of experience.<\/p>\n
