With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation in order to reach more people, more effectively.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>As a Technical Lead in our R&#038;D department, you will play a key role in leading the design and development of scalable, cloud-based web applications. You will guide a cross-functional Scrum team, with a strong emphasis on frontend technologies, particularly React. This role requires a hands-on leader who is passionate about building high-quality software and mentoring team members.As a global company, we welcome a diversity of cultures, ideas, and personal backgrounds.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>What you will do<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with other clans (Scrum team) members and participate in end-to-end application architecture and microservices with domain-driven design (DDD) and implementation efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Design, develop, test, and maintain a cloud-based distributed and scalable platform (web application) in your Scrum team.<\/li>\n<li>Use agile methods (e.g. Pair or mob programming, Test Driven Design (TDD) approach) and Clean Code architecture to ensure the quality and usability of our application.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the design, development, and maintenance of frontend components using React and TypeScript.<\/li>\n<li>Drive architectural decisions and ensure adherence to best practices in frontend development and security.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in agile ceremonies and promote agile principles such as TDD, pair programming, and clean code.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure performance, scalability, and security of the frontend application.<\/li>\n<li>Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical discussions and code reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with global teams and stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Support the team in planning, estimation, and delivery of features.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with large-scale cloud-based systems<\/li>\n<li>Willing to work as part of L3 24\/7 on-call schedule on rotation with other team members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What you bring<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BE\/B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend development practices.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with async programming with C#, .NET core.<\/li>\n<li>8+ years of experience on microservices with emphasis on serverless capabilities (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus etc.), CosmosDB(Not Mandatory).<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Code Versioning and Integration (GIT), Containers (Docker, Kubernetes), Unit Testing Framework (NUnit). Sound understanding of coding and development processes.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with microservices architecture, REST APIs, and cloud-based platforms (preferably Azure).<\/li>\n<li>Ability to write clean, easy-to-understand code.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of advanced design concepts (Design Patterns, domain-driven design).<\/li>\n<li>Providing technical support to stakeholders in the organisation.<\/li>\n<li>Participating in project meetings with management and other team members.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with version control (Git), CI\/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in agile environments and using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and collaboration skills.<\/li>\n<li>Mentor Jr team members, work with architects, and lead in refinements and architectural discussions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Who we are<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>At WS Audiology, we provide innovative hearing aids and hearing health services.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Together with our 12,000 colleagues in 130 countries, we invite you to help unlock human potential by bringing back hearing for millions of people around the world.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>With us, you will become part of a truly global company where we care for one another, welcome diversity and celebrate our successes.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Sounds wonderful?
