This role will focus on the design, implementation, and support of identity platforms including Okta, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), and Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient identity services across hybrid environments, enabling seamless access while maintaining compliance and security standards.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identity Platform Administration: Design, implement, and maintain identity solutions using Okta, Microsoft Identity Manager, and Entra ID.<\/li>\n<li>Access Governance: Define and enforce access policies, role-based access controls (RBAC), and conditional access strategies across cloud and on-premises systems.<\/li>\n<li>Lifecycle Management: Automate user provisioning, deprovisioning, and group management using MIM workflows and Okta lifecycle policies.<\/li>\n<li>Authentication &#038; Federation: Configure and support SSO, MFA, and federated identity integrations across SaaS and internal applications.<\/li>\n<li>Directory Services: Manage hybrid identity environments including Active Directory, Entra ID, and Azure AD Connect.<\/li>\n<li>Security &#038; Compliance: Implement identity protection policies, audit logging, and support compliance initiatives such as PCI DSS and SOX.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring &#038; Troubleshooting: Monitor identity systems for performance and anomalies. Troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues.<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration &#038; Support: Work closely with application owners, security teams, and business stakeholders to support identity-related initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Documentation &#038; Training: Maintain detailed technical documentation and provide training to IT staff on identity systems and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Cloud Integration: Support identity integration with Azure and AWS environments. Promote Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and PowerShell.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>General Duties and Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4-6 years of experience in enterprise IT with a focus on identity and access management.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with Okta, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), and Microsoft Entra ID.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, and hybrid identity models.<\/li>\n<li>SME on one or more technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Terraform, or similar tools.<\/li>\n<li>Provide expertise and assist customers, developers, and partners with design decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Provide on-going maintenance and implementation of updates and patches.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend and implement standards, policies, and procedures to achieve agreed upon service levels by tuning, maintaining, and supporting a breadth of infrastructure.<\/li>\n<li>Providing design recommendations and expertise regarding the integration and architecture of commercial application packages.<\/li>\n<li>Develops and Plan lifecycle replacement, coordinate outages, and perform performance tuning for applications and hardware.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain monitoring and data gathering systems for reporting and performance purposes.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain working relationships with vendors to address and resolve problems.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the business stakeholders and developers to ensure smooth planning, implementation and cutovers of systems.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the systems roadmap for lifecycle, improvements and upgrades and capacity planning functions.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in all technical aspects of server technology, Virtualization, Storage, Replication, and security projects including short and long-term planning.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical support, operations and problem resolution of systems infrastructure as required, including 24X7 On-Call support.<\/li>\n<li>Provide support and implementation planning for business continuity and disaster recovery.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and deliver presentations to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Must have a good grasp of system trends and the mission of the group to provide the most cost effective and efficient systems.<\/li>\n<li>Manage identity and access, including the implementation and maintenance of Microsoft Active Directory.<\/li>\n<li>Azure and AWS Cloud technologies:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, implement, and manage cloud-based solutions to support business operations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the security, availability, and performance of cloud services.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with teams to migrate existing applications and infrastructure to cloud platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize Infrastructure as Code to Promote automation when appropriate<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and optimize cloud resource usage and costs.<\/li>\n<li>Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and best practices to provide innovative solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>General Knowledge, Skills and abilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum level to move to management.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build strong working relationships with peers, managers and internal customers.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting operational availability in an enterprise environment.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of application and development methodologies.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient knowledge and experience with network and systems management tools.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient ability to document designs and reference architecture in detail using workflows, diagrams and technical documents.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical abilities and professional office experience necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Rarely needs supervision to manage time and tickets.<\/li>\n<li>May need minimal guidance to manage priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Able to mentor other engineers, from a technology and leadership perspective.<\/li>\n<li>Able to work independently on specific tasks necessary to the focus of the role.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS, NIST, SOX).<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.co.in\/jobad\/inf31861e8a4f13cf9562956e7e10fed4d?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Category: Technology Job Description: Systems Engineer III &#8211; Okta\/MIM\/EntraID Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Engineer III with deep expertise in enterprise identity and access management to join our Enterprise Infrastructure Cloud Identity team.
