This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical skills, and content understanding, particularly within the life sciences and pharmaceutical services sector.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Essential Functions and Responsibilities<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Strategy &#038; Planning<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and own the global digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals, including campaigns, SEO\/SEM, website management and any new digital technology platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with marketing and scientific teams to identify target audiences and develop persona-based marketing initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Website &#038; SEO<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and optimize the corporate website for user experience, SEO, and lead generation &#038; conversion.<\/li>\n<li>Drive SEO\/SEM strategy, including keyword planning, content optimization, and backlink building.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Analytics, Insights &#038; Recommendations<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze data from Google Analytics, website traffic, CRM, and campaign performance to identify industry trends and user behavior.<\/li>\n<li>Translate analytical findings into actionable insights and business recommendations for cross-functional teams, including BD, marketing, and leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Provide monthly reports and strategic recommendations to optimize ROI and guide future marketing decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Implement lead nurturing workflows, CRM integration, and contact segmentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> \u00b7<span class=\"br\"><\/span>This job description is subject to change at any time.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the CRO\/CDMO, biotech, or life sciences sector.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in B2B digital campaign management and lead generation.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, WordPress, and email marketing platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to translate complex scientific services into clear, engaging marketing content.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, global team environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preferred Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bi-lingual in English and Chinese is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Benefits<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>We offer full health benefits, paid vacation and sick leave, an aggressive bonus structure, and market-competitive salaries to all our employees.
