Digital Marketing Manager<\/span>The Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing, implementing and optimizing our digital marketing strategy. Reporting to the Sr. Manager Digital Marketing, this role will be responsible in planning, executing, and reporting on digital marketing programs including ABM, inbound, email, digital advertising, marketing operations and our website. The Digital Marketing Manager must be able to effectively promote our solutions to potential customers across a variety of digital channels. This position requires a candidate comfortable with strategic thinking in a collaborative environment dedicated to the communities we serve.<\/span>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>Plan, execute and optimize omni-channel campaigns including paid search, email, display, etc. to meet digital pipeline generation and revenue goals<\/span>Develop content tailored to new and existing customer segments to drive cross-sell, upsell, and retention opportunities<\/span>Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, events, operations, communications and BDRs to coordinate, deliver and measure digital marketing campaigns<\/span>Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring alignment with campaign goals, timely deliverables, and budget adherence<\/span>Manage and update website content with relevant and consistent messaging<\/span>Optimize website pages for SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics and Google Ad activities<\/span>Work with web developers to enhance user experience and implement website enhancements<\/span>Track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and effectiveness Skills & Requirements<\/span>Requirements:<\/b><\/span>Bachelor\u2019s degree in marketing, business or related field<\/span>3-5 years of experience in a B2B marketing environment<\/span>Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, ABM, retargeting and automation best practices<\/span>Proficient with modern B2B MarTech stack \u2013 WordPress, Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase, Google Analytics, etc<\/span>Self-starter with a bias towards action, results, visibility and well-managed projects<\/span>Willingness to think outside the box, push the status quo, and think creatively<\/span>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/span>Ability to manage multiple initiatives at the same time in a fast-paced environment<\/span>Preferred Qualifications:<\/b><\/span>Public safety, public administration or state and local government technology experience<\/span>SaaS or cloud-based technology experience<\/span>Hands-on experience with Demandbase, 6sense or similar platform<\/span>Remote experience Qualifications<\/p>\n
